Can I make changes to my order?
Yes. Because we try to ship quickly, please make any changes and requests on the same day as your order so we can accommodate your request.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Gift wrap is available for $5. We wrap our mommy gifts and new parent gifts in our signature green and white striped paper. Our daddy gifts are wrapped in our blue, white and gold dad plaid paper. During the holidays between Thanksgiving and New Years, we wrapped everything in gold foil gift wrap.
Can I add other products from your store to a gift box?
Yes, just purchase the separate item(s) along with the gift box and write us a note to put them together. you can also message us to create a custom box.
If I purchase two or more gift boxes going to the same address, are they shipped in the same box?
Typically we place the individual gift boxes together in a large box. If you would like them shipped separately, please ask. Diaper Cakes are each shipped separately.
Can I include a gift message?
Yes. Please remember to add your gift message when you check out. If you forget, you can email your message to alphazulubaby@gmail.com.
Will my diaper cake be assembled when I receive it?
Yes. You can pull it right out of the box and put it on display.
What if I’m not happy?
We want you to be happy and satisfied with our products. If you are not, please let us know at info.alphazulubaby.com and we will do what we can to make you happy.
What if I want a refund?
Returns are accepted within 60 days of your order date for orders placed on alphazulubaby.com and shipping within the contiguous United States. After we receive your returned items, we will process your refund onto your original form of payment. Original shipping and handling fees and “Duties & Taxes Reimbursements” will not be refunded. Please allow 5-10 business days from receipt of your returned item(s) for your refund to post. Please note that all sales to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska and APO/FPO addresses are final.
